Coletta is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who originates from Scotland and currently lives in Cape Town. As a practitioner for over 25 years, she is committed to working compassionately with people to navigate aspects of life that can often be confusing or distressing. Coletta believes that through the experience of psychotherapy, we can learn to understand ourselves and our relationships better, in order to move towards a more fulfilling and satisfying life. Prior to her psychotherapy practice, Coletta worked as a social worker; her varied work experience, such as in a London hospital trauma unit, in a children\u2019s home, as a school counsellor and running a shelter for homeless boys in Cape Town, equipped her with confidence to work with people from all walks of life. Apart from her Honours degree in Social Work, she holds a Tavistock Diploma in Communication with Children and Adolescents and trained as a couple psychotherapist in Edinburgh and Cape Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Herman practices psychotherapy in Stamford, Lincolnshire. With just over 30 years of experience, he specialises in treating a range of presentations including anxiety, ADHD, ASD, depression, life changes, OCD, relationship challenges, self-actualisation and trauma. Herman holds a PhD in Systemic Therapy and Mindfulness. His diverse grounding includes working with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africa and various roles in private, clinical and institutional settings. He offers face-to-face and online therapy and coaching sessions to adult individuals and couples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lee is a humanistic therapist who lives in London. She has extensive experience supporting people through life\u2019s major transitions. As a former GP, with additional training in palliative care and geriatrics, she brings a deeply compassionate approach to therapy, recognising loss and change as universal experiences \u2014 whether through the death of a loved one, aging or dementia, the derailing of illness, the end of a relationship, or simply the sense that the life you wish for is out of reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lee has a person-centred pluralistic BSc from Middlesex University\/Metanoia Institute. She believes therapeutic relationships offer a space where you, as the expert in your life, collaborate with the therapist\u2019s knowledge support and steadiness to accommodate your unique needs as they evolve. This is not about changing you or \u2018getting over\u2019 things, rather it is about allowing space for all parts of you, as you find ways to live with and around your losses, building resilience, resources and self-understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her approach is trauma-informed, ensuring that you are never pushed beyond where you feel safe. She is trained in creative therapies such as sand tray work and therapeutic journalling, offering alternative ways to express yourself when words aren\u2019t enough.
